Sponsorship Requests

The University of Tokyo Market Design Center (UTMD) is seeking sponsorship from individuals and organizations to help realize the social implementation of the knowledge gained from theory.

Sponsorship will be used carefully for research purposes. Your support and cooperation are greatly appreciated.

1. Please contact us at the “Contact Us” e-mail address to let us know that you would like to make a sponsorship to UTMD.
   We will send you our sponsorship request form along with the admittance policy for UTMD sponsorship.  Please give them a thorough look.
   We do not accept donations that violate “The University of Tokyo Regulations on Donations”.
2. Once you have understood the policy, kindly fill up the form and return it to UTMD.
   After confirming the details, we will send you our sponsorship application form.
3. Please fill out the sponsorship application form and send it to our center by mail.
   We apologize for the inconvenience, but we ask that you bear the cost of postage.
4. We will send you a receipt and thank you letter as soon as we confirm your payment.
   If you are in a hurry, please let us know by e-mail, etc.

Tax Benefits

Residents in Japan

Donations to The University of Tokyo can make use of tax exemption systems for Japanese income, corporate taxes. The receipt needed for submitting tax returns will be mailed from us when donations are confirmed. Please contact your local tax office for more information.
